With a walking dinner, you can move around the boat, strike up a conversation with other guests, and are continuously served by our hostess. On the Halve Maen, we offer three different walking dinners. From an extensive selection of small bites to an exclusive menu featuring a chef who prepares the dishes live on board. '

Sailors Finger Food

• Mini soup
• Crudités with dip (hummus, 'witch's cheese')
• Mini quiches

Walking Dinner Regular

• Seasonal soup with garnish and a bread roll
• Tomato tartare with sour cream, fried capers, and toast
• Turnip pea crème tataki, pickled radis
• Burrata: fennel, sliced ​​orange, and burnt butter/orange dressing
• Vitello tonnato of roasted veal fillet with tuna mayonnaise, arugula, capers, and toast
• Hamburger with lettuce, tomato, and BBQ sauce
• Vanilla panna cotta with baked white chocolate

Walking Dinner Deluxe — with chef on board

Our most extensive walking dinner, served in six courses by NIM Catering, with a chef who prepares the dishes on board.

• Burrata pesto with edamame, basil oil, almond, crostini, and smoked burrata cream
• Lobster ravioli in bisque sauce with Parmesan and green asparagus

During your cruise, you can choose from one of our four drinks packages — featuring fine wines, beer, soft drinks, and cocktails from our own bar. Additionally, we offer a selection of fine wines by the bottle and the most extensive champagne list of the Amsterdam shipping companies, both available for pre-order.
