Water taxi throughout Amsterdam

For business and private guests, we provide transfers across the water — a quiet and stylish alternative to the car, taxi, or public transport. We pick you up at a hotel, restaurant, event venue, or meeting room by the water and take you directly to your destination. Naturally, we can also set up a shuttle service between two locations.

Transport only, no catering

A transfer is intended for the journey itself. Therefore, there is no hostess on board, no catering, and no option to bring your own catering during a transfer. Would you still like to offer snacks, drinks, or a welcome cocktail along the way? Then your boat trip falls under the private cruise category, with full catering options and a hostess on board.

Minimum sailing time

The minimum sailing time for a transfer is one hour, regardless of the distance between the boarding and disembarking locations. This covers the time required to prepare the boat, receive guests, and sail the route.

Large groups of up to hundreds of people

For large groups, we collaborate with other Amsterdam shipping companies and can transport hundreds of guests at once — suitable for conferences, RAI events, festivals, or corporate meetings involving multiple locations. A transfer can also be operated as a shuttle service, with multiple boats sailing back and forth.

Boarding and disembarking throughout Amsterdam

Which boats are available:

• Prince of New Amsterdam — for smaller groups of up to 12 people
• Vastberaden — for groups of up to 32 people
• Halve Maen — our saloon boat for larger groups of up to 66 people
• On request — multiple boats combined via our network, for groups of up to hundreds of people
