Buffet on a boat

Serve yourself, eat wherever you want

With a buffet, we set up a table with dishes on the boat, where you walk past and serve yourself. You eat wherever suits you: in the circular seating area at the back, at a high table with bar stools, or at the bar. Our hostess keeps the buffet replenished and takes care of the drinks, while your skipper sails you past the most beautiful spots in Amsterdam.

The buffet is available on the Halve Maen.

• Tomato tartare with pumpkin/feta cream
• Bread with dips (hummus, olive tapenade)
• Orzo pasta salad with artichoke, edamame, and parsley pesto
• Couscous salad with cashews, raisins, feta, cucumber, and herbs
• Vegan meatballs in tomato sauce
• Dessert (can be ordered with every buffet):
• Freshly baked Dudok apple pie with whipped cream

Provided by our regular partners

The Indonesian buffet is provided by Indonesia Indah, a regular Amsterdam partner for authentic Indonesian dishes. The Satay and Dutch buffets are provided by Vincent Traiteur & Slagerij, while the Italian and vegan buffets are by NIM Catering.

High-quality drinks

During your cruise, you can choose from one of our four drinks packages — featuring fine wines, beer, soft drinks, and cocktails from our own bar. Additionally, we offer a selection of fine wines by the bottle and the most extensive champagne list from the Amsterdam shipping companies, both available for pre-order. All drinks are served in high-quality glassware.

Boarding and disembarking throughout Amsterdam
