A baby shower is a wonderful moment to put the expectant mother in the spotlight — with friends and family. Our three ships are all suitable, each with its own atmosphere and possibilities.
All-out decoration on the Halve Maen
On the Halve Maen, we can really go all out with a complete, over-the-top baby shower. A cloud-like balloon arch floating the length of the boat in pink or blue, BABY blocks at the entrance, and personalized details in pink or blue. The cognac leather chairs around the long table create a premium look.

Decorations on the Prince and Vastberaden

We also provide decorations in pink or blue on the Prince of New Amsterdam and the Vastberaden — balloon decorations, thematic details, and small gifts on the table. Due to the scale of these sloops, it is slightly more compact than on the salon boat, but just as atmospheric in character.

High-quality catering

A high tea from De Drie Graefjes is a popular and festive choice: sweet and savory bites on tiered stands — mini quiches, tasty sandwiches, red velvet cake, brownies, and cupcakes in the color scheme of your baby shower. Additionally, we provide amuse-bouches, charcuterie boards, or a cake from an Amsterdam patissier. You can put together the menu to your liking in our booking tool.

Colorful Cocktails

For a festive touch, we can create a signature drink in pink or blue upon request — a champagne cocktail with a personalized garnish, matching the theme. In addition, we have our regular cocktail menu and, of course, mocktails, so that the expectant mother can also fully enjoy the experience.

Music and Entertainment

On the Halve Maen, we provide music on board — a singer, a live musician, or an accordionist to make it a fantastic day. On the Prince of New Amsterdam and the Vastberaden, an accordionist is a great option for a festive touch.

Boarding and Disembarking Throughout Amsterdam
