Private Dining encompasses all our culinary variations — from a seated dinner with a chef to a running dinner visiting Amsterdam restaurants, and from an elaborate high tea to a cheese fondue. It is the experience of dining out in a private space, but with a view that changes by the minute. On the Halve Maen, our chef serves the full dinner on board; on the Prince, during a running dinner, you sample dishes from three Amsterdam restaurants. Running dinner — A unique private dining experience on the water, where guests enjoy multiple courses while cruising through Amsterdam’s canals, combining fine food, intimate ambiance, and scenic views. Available Boats: Prince of New Amsterdam (2 - 8) Prince of New Amsterdam = 2-8 PAX
Cheese fondue — Bringing the Alpine atmosphere to the Amsterdam canals: a real cheese fondue from caquelons, with a cheese mix curated by Vincent, cold cuts, vegetables, and bread. High tea — Etagères filled with sandwiches, scones, brownies, mini cupcakes, and red velvet cake — provided by De Drie Graefjes, known in Amsterdam for their delicious high tea. Seated dinner with chef — An exclusive sit-down dining experience on board, featuring a five- or six-course menu prepared by a private chef, offering refined flavours, personalised service, and an intimate atmosphere on the water. Available Boats:1 Halve Maen (10 - 30) Halve Maen = 10-30 PAX
Walking dinner — A dinner without a fixed seat at the table: you can move around the boat, are served a variety of small courses, and easily strike up a conversation with everyone on board. On the Halve Maen, you can choose from three walking dinners, ranging from an extensive selection of appetizers to a menu prepared live by the chef.
