Amsterdam Sailors
We collaborate with a carefully selected group of Amsterdam partners. From the Michelin Bib Gourmand-awarded A-Fusion for sushi and De Drie Graefjes for high tea, to NIM Catering for our premium platters and chef's dishes, Vincent Traiteur & Slagerij for charcuterie, cheese boards, and amuse-bouches, and De Pizzabakkers for pizza fresh from the stone oven. Quality products, artisanal producers, and a network that suits the city in which we sail.
Our sloops
The Prince of New Amsterdam and the Vastberaden — and our saloon boat Halve Maen each have their own menu, tailored to the vessel's capabilities. On the sloops, the emphasis is on platters, snacks, and dishes to share. On the Prince of New Amsterdam, we also offer a running dinner, where we collect a course from various Amsterdam restaurants. On the Halve Maen, we offer even more options: for an informal setting, you can choose from various platters or snacks. In addition, we provide walking dinners, various buffets, or a seated dinner of five to six courses, prepared on board by our chef.
Drinks on board
For drinks on board, you can choose from four packages — from alcohol-free to our Deluxe package featuring cocktails from our own bar and spirits. You can also pre-order a specific wine or champagne by the bottle — our champagne list is the most extensive among the Amsterdam cruise lines.
